Students have a regular schedule they can plan on. Your student’s individualized learning plan will dictate how many hours they need to attend in a given week. We do understand that your child’s life can get busy, and we offer some scheduling flexibility depending upon tutor availability. This flexibility is to keep your student progressing in their learning plans and to ensure they are attending regularly. Each of our tutoring centers opens for tutoring when school gets out and stays open into the evening to accommodate even the busiest of student schedules.

Learning does not take a break. Tutoring Excellence is here to meet your student’s needs year-round. To accommodate the busiest student schedules, we are open during the school year seven days a week and six days a week during the summer.

Most parents have an opinion when it comes to the use of digital media within classrooms. To be excellent at tutoring, one must bridge the gap between what a student knows and what they can demonstrate on a computer or I-pad within a classroom. Technology is also utilized to test students’ academic ability through standardized testing (CMAS, PARCC and iREADY), which have become road maps of student’s academic growth and development throughout their public education. Therefore, Tutoring Excellence utilizes a blend of the classic paper and pencil method and digital media to bridge our student’s ability to accurately demonstrate how excellent they are.

All tutoring is done at Tutoring Excellence Learning Centers. This means we are in control of the learning environment, providing a reliable tutoring experience your child needs to be successful. There are few distractions, no TV, no siblings or pets – just an academic environment where your child can focus and learn.
