In these unprecedented times, the health and safety of our students, staff, and families is our greatest concern. Therefore, let us assure you that Tutoring Excellence’s COVID-19 safety measures are extensive and are more than just lip service or a feel-good letter sent out to parents. Our responsibility as businesses owners is to ensure the safety and security of our students, guests, and staff when online and within the centers. We take this responsibility seriously.
Within our centers we implemented a comprehensive pandemic health and safety program that exceeds the recommendations of the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and all Northern Colorado County Health recommendations.
Everyone entering are facility must: Have their temperature taken, wear a mask, utilize hand sanitizer, and wash their hands regularly. These procedures are to prevent viruses from entering our facility and spread through airborne or contact transmission.
- Social distancing and spacing requirements for students and staff have been implemented.
- Air purification system with HEPA filter was installed to clean the air and help catch any viruses, germs, or allergens.
- An extensive cleaning procedure was enacted with an industrial cleaner to kill any surface germs or viruses.
- Plastic sneeze guards are in place. Children have a hard time keeping masks on and fitting them correctly. So, to protect others, this measure was implemented.
- Signage and reminders were placed throughout the centers.
We also know that you and fellow parents throughout Northern Colorado are looking for resources to assist your child with school and online learning. We also know that for some parents keeping their children isolated from COVID and safe is a huge priority. For these parents, our safety measures may not meet their level of safety requirements and for that reason we offer Online Tutoring. For those parents that are satisfied with our safety measures, and student schedules permitting, we have in-center tutoring for all subjects and levels.
